Gina Hanson
With a track record of awards from my time as CEO of two real estate offices, leader of a top-producing team specializing in short sales, and current coach for the Global Investor Agent Team, I believe in giving back.
That desire led me to create The Works Coaching, Inc., and become a coach for Success Magazine. In my spare time, I am Vice-President of Membership for Toastmasters Early Bird, Ocala.
I am the author and creator of Success Of Self, a Masterclass on discovering your true identity in an artificial world.
My family and friends know me as a radically competitive board game geek, and a caffeinated work-in-progress striving to be the best me I can be.


Rob Lane
Rob, a 20-year USAF veteran, transitioned into real estate in 1999. With a BS in Management (magna cum laude, Park University), he’s a licensed full-time REALTOR® at eXp Realty in Charlottesville, Virginia. Rob’s extensive background spans real estate, community association management, and retail management. His honesty, integrity, and client-first approach define his practice. Rob holds certifications like Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), embodying his commitment to excellence. In 2023 and beyond, he’s dedicated to coaching the GIA Team’s agents, recruiting top talent, and empowering families through real estate investing.
