Jeff Copeland partners with investors from all over the U.S. and abroad to expand their multifamily investment property holdings in the Tampa Bay Area. He helps investors locate, analyze, inspect, negotiate, acquire, and manage multifamily investment properties in Florida.
 
He has sold and managed millions of dollars’ worth of investment property in St Petersburg, Tampa, and Clearwater. He is an active real estate investor, so he truly understands the numbers, and how they impact the goals and objectives of real estate investors when it comes to analyzing the cap rate, cash on cash return, financing, repairs, and other costs of an investment property…as well as the critical importance of maintaining high occupancy rates at full market rent.

Jeff is a member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization, Greater Tampa Realtors, Florida Realtors, National Association of Realtors, National Association of Residential Property Managers, and St Petersburg Chamber of Commerce. His investment property listing listings have been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters, Loopnet, and other media, and he’s been a featured guest on the Rental Income Podcast and Active Duty Passive Income podcast. I’m also a frequent flyer on Bigger Pockets.

Jeff’s qualifications are many! In addition to his experience as a real estate investor, real estate agent, and broker, his education and executive management experience in business and the public sector, are a tremendous asset to his real estate investor clients. He holds a master’s degree in public administration, and a bachelor’s in management and international business. He also holds  advanced certifications in risk management and human resources.

Alicia Reinhard has gained a unique skill set with her well established ties to the real estate industry. She started her journey twenty years ago in real estate development, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, title, and escrow. Recently, Alicia spent the past four years as a business development director at Silvercreek Realty Group, where she was responsible for onboarding and nurturing upwards of 900 agents within the brokerage. Within this time frame, Alicia continued to be active in the real estate industry as the immediate Idaho State President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
 
Entrepreneur of the Year
 
Alicia has spent the past year and a half focusing on her own career in real estate, specializing in residential and land development, leading her to become 2021 Boise Metro Women’s Council Entrepreneur of the year and the Vice-Chair of the Idaho REALTORS® Political Action Committee.
 
Family Life
 
Alicia and her husband (a native Idahoan) are raising 2 children and living in Boise, Hidden Springs Community. They have family close by throughout the Treasure Valley in Eagle, Meridian, Nampa, and McCall.
