Louis Racette can now refer to himself as a successful real estate investor however it was a long journey to get there! After high school, he went to work at his father’s insurance agency working on investigations into insurance claims. This taught him to think and ask questions and in the end resulted in him becoming very analytical. He left there eventually and pursued many diverse career paths from an airline piolet to sales in broadcast communications and even an advertising agency. Each was a learning opportunity that molded him into his next career path. Everything he learned in marketing helped him to adapt to his new reality and true dream which was that of a real estate investor!

Hit A Home Run

Failure mattered a lot to Louis and he did not look at it negatively. Failure was determined to be a learning opportunity for him and once that lesson was learned it was not repeated. One of his projects … a high tech-Internet-Digital company was a company of rapid change. You had to move quickly to compete for market share because it was evolving so fast products were becoming obsolete not long after launch. As a result, one of his ideas came to fruition and that was the development of the 3-D printer. It was a long road but one that taught him competitive marketing.

Key To Success

Louis believes that macro-economics has helped him a lot. Simply put, understanding your surroundings, staying aware, and reacting to change quickly.  This has been his most effective strategy that he can offer as a key to his success!
