Lane Kawaoka came from a middle-class family where you are programmed to go to school…study hard and go to college. And as a result of those efforts, he became an Engineer!
He saved his money and bought a house in Seattle. Because he was living on the road a lot and not home most of the time, he decided to rent his house out. This was his 1st rental in 2009. The profitable cash flow he was able to generate created the realization that he wanted to duplicate this process…and so began his conversion to successful becoming a Successful Real Estate Investor!
Success in RE Investing
Lane currently owns 3,500+ units across the US. He lives in Hawaii and recently quit his day job as a Professional Engineer with an MS in Civil Engineering & Construction Management and a BS in Industrial Engineering.
He partners with investors who want to build their portfolio, but are too busy to mess with “tenants, toilets, and termites” by curating opportunities in his “Hui Deal Pipeline Club” where his investors have personal access to him and know that Lane is personally putting his money on the line too. The Hui Deal Pipeline Club has acquired over $255 Million dollars of real estate acquired by syndicating over $25 Million Dollars of private equity since 2016.
