The search for higher revenue-generating properties led him to commercial real estate and the tools, techniques, and strategies my program uses were the precursor to Dave’s understanding of  CCIM. Typically, the CCIM program takes 2-4 years, but Dave was able to complete it in 15 months and he jumped right in. He entered a massive network of likeminded people who are ambitious, determined and have a  vision for the future.
