When I 1st got into real estate my purpose was to make enough money to pay my bills by doing something that would allow me the time to do what was really in my heart.

Hi Gary. The Meetup yesterday went really well.    I picked up 2 clients and Maureen the lender helping co-host picked up 2 clients.  There is one guy in the group that has been investing for 35+ years and has done exceptionally well.  He is open to sharing his knowledge too.  Everyone got along well and stayed an extra 30 minutes just talking.  They have already RSVP’ed for next month.  I would have to say it was a success.  Cheryl Clemens, Bend, Oregon.

Hi Jodi, I did send out the owner letter to about 140 owners. From that one letter I had at least a dozen responses and we listed and sold 2 of those properties and may have a 3rd one. I also made a few contacts that may be interested in purchasing more investment properties in the future. I’m currently in the process of sending out the investor booklet.

Hi Gary…Last night’s investor meetup was a success! We had 9 RSVPs, some brought guest and a few past clients showed up for a grand total of 19 attendees…it’s growing (even in 110+ degree weather!). Everyone had positive comments and participated in the discussion. All are veterans… One husband and wife is ready to fix and flip. Another is a mechanical engineer and wants to quick his job in the next year and do real estate investing full time… wholesaling? Fix and flip? A third wants buy and hold, has a few single family rentals now that he acquired when his Mom died; he also had a few of his own where’s he’s the financier (ie seller carry back).

A forth wants to wholesale, bird dog to pay down debt.

The gentleman owns a $3 Million dollar residential rental property and wants to sell. He has already sent me everything I asked for – rent rolls, appraisal, P and L for 3 years, everything! And today I got my 2^nd call from a woman who also owns a $3 million dollar property and wants to get out. She is tired and wants to retire. She knows my broker too! Her’s is a mixed use property. It was a difficult week, but I have great news as of today I spent the last 24 hours negotiating and in a bidding war for my flip property. Good morning Gary. Thanks for following up with us. Things are going good. We had our Meet-up on last week AWESOME! We had 24 people there of the 29 that RSVP We have received a lot of great comments from the majority who attended and all of them stated that there was a lot of value added.
