Turning Rental Problems into
Real Estate Profits

We’ll also get into security deposits and the laws around them, based on 1957 Landlord-Tenant law, as well as bookkeeping. I’ll show you how to implement policies that can help you profit from pets and even smokers, while avoiding, and even eliminating, nuisance calls. We’ll discuss property management and maintenance, and finally, life in the trenches—with real world examples and valuable lessons about what happens when you grow your own rental empire.

We grew from 40 units to 700 units in about three years with no advertising and no marketing costs.
