Beverly J. Kepchia, Director of Operations
Beverly Specializes in Corporate and Client Communications, Analyzing Efficiencies, and Management Training and Development.
Beverly has 30 plus years’ experience in her fields of expertise which includes sharing her knowledge through several years of teaching the above noted specialties.
She has worked with several Fortune 500 companies in both communications and finance in the industry of Business Process Outsourcing.
At the age of 22 Beverly acquired her 1st rental property and has been involved with the rental side of real estate investing since that time!
Jodi Giacomin Militzer, Director of Customer Relations
Jodi Militzer has been in the real estate industry for over 18 years.
With a B.S.B.A. in Accounting and Management, she has worked in the banking, manufacturing and real estate industry.
She was a Real Estate Accountant for a large management company in Pittsburgh handling all the accounting aspects of the company. Jodi also handled 17 large commercial properties, such as shopping malls and strip malls, preparing and communicating with vendors and tenants.
In the banking industry, she worked for a large bank in Maryland handling bankruptcies and foreclosures. She also worked and communicated with investors and agents.
Currently with Real Estate With Gary Wilson, she communicates daily with the Market Centers and Team Leaders to coordinate upcoming classes. She provides the marketing material and marketing flyers to the TL, and ensures a good customer relationship.
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 boys and also volunteers her time with her Registered Therapy Dog and girls fast pitch softball.
Paul Koslow, Information Technology Director
Paul Koslow has over 20 years experience in website and IT development, his experience includes web design, search engine optimization, Ecommerce and database driven website applications. He is currently the Information Technology Director at Real Estate With Gary Wilson.
In the past he has worked for several IT development companies including Westinghouse in the Security Software Applications Division
He is currently in charge of managing our IT training platforms and internal network infrastructure as well as website and communications applications.
In his off time you will find him at his family camp with his wife and 3 kids enjoying the outdoors and campfires.
Judi Kelly, Controller
Judi has over 20 years experience in Customer Service. In her time spent as an Office Manager for several different companies, she has gained experience in Human Resources and Collections as well.
In her free time, she enjoys being with family, walking the beach and quilting and baking.
Teofilo Bajar, IT Administrator
Teofilo Bajar is a degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE) in Dela Salle University and is one of the Most Outstanding ECE Students of the Year.
In the real estate industry, he assisted in property analysis, management and marketing across different online marketing avenues such as Postlets, Craigslist and Social Media Networks.
He’s with Real Estate With Gary Wilson right now; he assists in expanding its online marketing presence through SEM and SMM methods and strategies, manages encoding of new real estate investment students in its database, and directly deals with its clients with the cash buyers reports.
In his free times, he readily dedicates for his wife and family and also assists his pastor in serving people in the church for the glory of God.
