Chris Arnold is the Co-Founder of COSA Investments, one of the largest wholesale companies in the DFW Metroplex. COSA is operated and managed by a US virtual team which has allowed Chris to run his company while living in Tulum, Mexico. He is also the founder of Arnold Elite Realty which is a cutting-edge boutique brokerage consisting of a team of seasoned agents. His passion for coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs has led to the creation of The Multipliers Mastermind. Most recently Chris has launched his REI Radio coaching program. This program is designed to teach real estate Investors the Marketing stream that everyone knows about but NO ONE is doing!
The Path to Multiple Streams of Revenue
Chris got his feet wet as an agent first knowing that his true passion was in real estate. He got his license and went to work at a couple different brokerages and it didn’t take him long to realize the importance of building a team. So he built a team and his team successes motivated him to go out on his own to start his own brokerage. With his real estate eye always focused on the investment side he next realized that the time was now to begin flipping, wholesaling, and acquire some vacation rentals in Mexico.
The Virtual Company
Chris is driven by freedom and feels that one of the ultimate measures of freedom is location and not needing to live in the city in which you do business! So he got rid of all brick and mortar…anything known as the traditional office. That freed him to have the ability to move to the Caribbean and he now lives in Tulum full time while successfully running his businesses.

David Dodge is a founding member of House Sold Easy Properties and brings over 14 years of real estate expertise to the company. He is responsible for acquiring real estate throughout Missouri while managing a sales team. In addition to working with House Sold Easy, he owns and operates a real estate property management firm, a retail brokerage, and a fix and flip company all located in Saint Louis Missouri.
The Path to Success
But this didn’t happen for him overnight. He started when he was in college and for the first 10 years, he bought a property a year. His first house was a 4 bedroom house on campus where he went to college.
He borrowed money from his Grandparents which was the 20% he needed to be able to get a loan….along with a couple of part-time jobs and a co-signer, the dream of his first investment property became reality. The rent from the property was more than the mortgage so he had a home run right out of the gate. David replicated the process for a total of 3 properties while he was in college and so evolved David’s start to a successful career in Real Estate Investment!
Sharing the Success
David has been involved in hundreds of real estate negotiations, purchases, and sales. He has been coaching and mentoring others on how they too can invest in real estate for several years. He is also the co-host of the Discount Property Investor podcast. Prior to House Sold Easy, he was operating his own wholesale company and acquiring rental properties while having several jobs in Sales and Marketing. Mr. Dodge graduated from the University of Missouri Columbia with his Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate Investing.
