Become Financially Free Through Investment Real Estate

Brent Bowers began investing in real estate as a way to support his family while having more time to spend with them. As an Army Officer with over 8 years of service, Brent was spending a great deal of time away from his family, and he knew he needed to make some changes in order to be more present with his wife and children. 
 
He decided to make the changes needed to move in the direction of Investment Real Estate as a way to create more free time to spend with his family. In a short period of time, Brent was able to expand his business, hire a team, and (most importantly) spend quality time with his family while still working hard and helping others.
 
Vacant Land Becomes Lucrative Business
 
Brent is now an investor and coach with a focus on buying and selling vacant land.
 
He began by Wholesaling houses which lead to a lucrative operation in vacant, raw land. He has found this to be less work and aggravation than owning properties. No tenants to deal with, there are no roofs to fix, or carpets to replace etc. He now deals in vacant land projects in 8 counties and 3 states.

From Window Cleaner to Real Estate Investor


Zack Boothe was a window cleaner just a few years ago. You can even find his window cleaning tutorial videos on YouTube with millions of views. Always an entrepreneur…he started his window cleaning business at the young age of 17 and had that business for a decade.
 
Although he achieved success with his window cleaning business, he always dreamt of being a real estate investor. Taking a leap of faith, he walked away from window cleaning, and within a handful of years, he was making over a million dollars per year from real estate investing.
 
Wholesaling Paves Way for Real Estate Investing
 
Zack found success and created the revenue he needed to start investing by Wholesaling. Finding the deals and doing the work that others did not want to do, gave him his entry into the business. With first year revenue around 100K he was able to walk away from his window cleaning business.
