Success in Multiple Businesses

Chris Arnold is the Co-Founder of COSA Investments, one of the largest wholesale companies in the DFW Metroplex. COSA is operated and managed by a US virtual team which has allowed Chris to run his company while living in Tulum, Mexico. He is also the founder of Arnold Elite Realty which is a cutting-edge boutique brokerage consisting of a team of seasoned agents. His passion for coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs has led to the creation of The Multipliers Mastermind. Most recently Chris has launched his REI Radio coaching program. This program is designed to teach real estate Investors the Marketing stream that everyone knows about but NO ONE is doing!

The Path to Multiple Streams of Revenue

Chris got his feet wet as an agent first knowing that his true passion was in real estate. He got his license and went to work at a couple different brokerages and it didn’t take him long to realize the importance of building a team. So he built a team and his team successes motivated him to go out on his own to start his own brokerage. With his real estate eye always focused on the investment side he next realized that the time was now to begin flipping, wholesaling, and acquire some vacation rentals in Mexico.

The Virtual Company

Chris is driven by freedom and feels that one of the ultimate measures of freedom is location and not needing to live in the city in which you do business! So he got rid of all brick and mortar…anything known as the traditional office. That freed him to have the ability to move to the Caribbean and he now lives in Tulum full time while successfully running his businesses.

Erik Hatch (Fargo, ND) is the definition of a leader! His path to success as well as his massive accomplishments has made him a highly sought-after contributor in the arena of Real Estate Coaching. Erik is an entrepreneur, public speaker, Realtor, author, coach, investor, podcaster, do-gooder, husband, father, and mediocre golfer. Since 2012, Erik and his team have sold over 4,000 homes and will close around 750 this year alone. Erik’s team structure leans on showing partners, ISA’s, and massive production from agents.

Erik’s real estate success led to the birth of Hatch Coaching in 2016. With a passion to redefine how people treat people, Erik currently coaches some of the top teams and agents in North America. Erik was recently recognized as one of the top 25 real estate coaches in the country. Additionally, he’s one of the only high-level real estate coaches that has produced at a high level before they started coaching.

A servant leader to the core, with a background in ministry…Erik’s desire is to be a chapter in as many books as possible. He truly wants to be that person who does his best to “give back” His first book, “Play for the person next to you,” launched in September 2019.

Multi-Faceted Successful Real Estate Entrepreneur

David Dodge is a founding member of House Sold Easy Properties and brings over 14 years of real estate expertise to the company. He is responsible for acquiring real estate throughout Missouri while managing a sales team. In addition to working with House Sold Easy, he owns and operates a real estate property management firm, a retail brokerage, and a fix and flip company all located in Saint Louis Missouri.

The Path to Success

But this didn’t happen for him overnight. He started when he was in college and for the first 10 years, he bought a property a year. His first house was a 4 bedroom house on campus where he went to college.

He borrowed money from his Grandparents which was the 20% he needed to be able to get a loan….along with a couple of part-time jobs and a co-signer, the dream of his first investment property became reality. The rent from the property was more than the mortgage so he had a home run right out of the gate. David replicated the process for a total of 3 properties while he was in college and so evolved David’s start to a successful career in Real Estate Investment!

Sharing the Success

David has been involved in hundreds of real estate negotiations, purchases, and sales. He has been coaching and mentoring others on how they too can invest in real estate for several years. He is also the co-host of the Discount Property Investor podcast. Prior to House Sold Easy, he was operating his own wholesale company and acquiring rental properties while having several jobs in Sales and Marketing. Mr. Dodge graduated from the University of Missouri Columbia with his Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate Investing.

Sports Lessons Applied to Business, with Jenny Davis

Jenny Davis helps entrepreneurs and business leaders solve problems and improve their teams to the business equivalent of Olympic and World Class Success. Her Journey Began at the Young Age of “6”

Jenny’s personal improvement journey started when she was 6 after being enrolled in a judo class so she could learn to defend herself. She went on to become a black belt fighting for Scotland & GB all over the world. A few years later she swapped her baggy judo suit for lycra, a carbon fiber bike & high speeds on the velodromes all over the world. Career highlights include winning silver at Delhi Commonwealth Games, narrowly missing out on Team GB selection for London 2012 Olympics, and racing for Team Scotland in front of a home crowd at Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.

The Evolution of a New Career

During London 2012 trials Jenny was asked to present how she improved her performance to her department manager and leaders at Standard Life Plc. Having shared the principles of improvement Jenny was asked to help lead and deliver continuous improvement in the business. And there it was…a new career was born!

After many business improvements and problem-solving projects, teams, training programs, and lessons learned across multiple industries, Jenny now works with business leaders and entrepreneurs to move away from firefighting and stress to calm and control and then onward to World Class Customer Service and the growth and profits that come with that.

However, while raising more than $70 million from investors his dream became a reality!

Sean has been an entrepreneur for his entire adult life and has focused on starting companies in online financial services. His Insurance Company is no different. It’s extremely easy to sign up for. You can do it online in minutes. And while there are licensed agents to chat with you do not need to go into a traditional brick and mortar business. You can literally purchase, shop, and compare prices in the middle of the night when you’re watching Netflix. Since this is completely online… 50% of the normal overhead has been eliminated which enables the savings to be passed on to the client resulting in huge savings in insurance costs.

Previously, Sean founded FeeFighters, a payments company later bought by Groupon, and TSS-Radio, an e-commerce company that became an Inc. 500 fastest-growing business.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Sean Harper was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and an investor at Longworth Venture Partners.
