From Bartending to Real Estate Investing

At the age of 25, Zach decided to leave the world of bartending and personal training and jump into a family business…real estate investing. It was one of the first big risks that he took in his life….as he knew absolutely nothing about real estate. Through hard work, and the help of his Father-in-law, he was able to launch his new found passion. Their focus is on buying properties using terms. They are able to buy and sell 10-15 properties a month and they control $20-$25 million of real estate Investments at any time with little to no money in the deal.

Along with an attractive investment portfolio Zach shares his success by helping others achieve their goals in investment real estate by coaching and teaching his methods which lead him to success. Zach has been in the business for over 4 years and now runs all operations of Smart Real Estate Coach, on top of continuing to coach his students and Associates.

He has an amazing wife Kayla and two small children, his son Remi and his daughter Bellamy.

You’ll Never Make any Money Working for Someone Else

Curtis May, the principal of Practical Wealth Advisors LLC, believes that given more knowledge and more information, people will be able to make better financial and business decisions.

Being from Philadelphia, Curtis recognizes himself as a 3rd generation business owner. As a child his family always told him you will never make any money working for someone else. He went to college majoring in business and obtained his licenses in Financial Services….with the desire of going into business for himself as the direction and need for this education base. Knowing that he wanted his own business at some point and having an interest in Wealth Management he got involved in Financial Services at the age of 20.
