Noah Brandy is a problem solver, an efficiency engineer by background, real estate investor, property manager, and entrepreneur from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He specializes in identifying ways and processes. Through his and his families’ experiences in real estate investing he has seen that there are a lot of inefficiencies in real estate and some holes that need to be plugged. He is using innovation in the form of creating more value for clients to plug those holes.
ACN Helps to Fill a Need and Add Value
ACN helps Noah generate additional income from current clients/properties by offering other services thus creating another revenue stream. ACN provides competitive rates for must-have services like AT&T, Sprint, Dish Network, as well as gas services, electricity, cell phones, TV, internet, security systems…and more.
Noah, wanting to be a customer of the services he was offering…fired all of his current providers and retained new services through ACN so he could experience both the pricing and the services of the products he was going to offer. As a result, he found that he could save about $120.00 per month by using the services provided through ACN. He could now use these savings, having experienced it firsthand, as a huge benefit to anyone that he was going to offer his new services.
New Revenue Stream Along with Residual Income
Everyone uses these services any way so each time Noah has a new tenant move-in he offers these services creating more value for the new tenant while establishing a greater revenue stream for himself. This not only creates immediate revenue for Noah but it also creates residual income as he is paid commissions off of the monthly fees for the life of the service.
